This year, the IXth Annual Postgraduate Conference took place on Monday 20th October, 2008. The conference is part of IWHO's annual PGR Programme. Diana presented a paper entitled "Quality of rail passenger experience: the effects of crowding on comfort, stress, and health and safety". A wide range of papers were presented i.e. from online support system, psychometric assessment, and corporate social responsibility to the ever-popular topics on work-related stress.
Many thanks to Dr. Nigel Hunt for organising this conference, to Professor Amanda Griffiths, Director of Research, Professor Tom Cox, Head of School, and Dr. Neil Coulson for the constructive comments and feedbacks.
